Koppie-KOEKE…

Koppie koeke…ja uitgevang!

Jy kom loer natuurlik hier want jy het iets anders gedink nè! 😛

 

Uhm jy benodig die volgende bestandele:

4 tablespoons flour

4 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa

1 egg

3 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons oil

3 tablespoons chocolate ships (optional)

a small splash of vanilla extract

1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well.

Add the egg and mix thoroughly.

Pour in the milk and oil and mix well

Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.

 

Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high).

 The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed!

Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.

 

EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

And why is this most dangerous cake recipe in the world?

Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!

Kyk vrinne die storie staan so

Ekke die like mos van chocolate brownies en dies meer en ekke dog toe laat ek hierdie storie uitprobeer….

wel dit is hoe my 5min koppiekoek gelyk het in die mikrogolfoond en daarna…ekt dit nie so mooi gemeng nie maar heng jy kan ook net soveel keer in ‘n koppie met ‘n vurk klits…en ek dog nogal ek het dit ordentlik gedoen…

Al raat wat hul vergeet het om by te sit was dat die koppie warm is wanneer dit uit die mikrogolf kom… 😛 ja hy is effe swaar…LOL!

En dit was actually ‘n lekker stukkie koek – al moet ek dit nou self sê! Ek sou net dit bietjie stadiger vir langer in die mikrogolf sit – want daai 3min teen HIGH maak lat die arme hoener nie eens kans kry om te kekkel nie! Maar darm het my stukkie koek gladnie gebrand nie! Kits resep vir vinnige woestyn (desert)
